NoVo is Hiring: Assistant to the Senior Director & Office Manager

The NoVo Foundation is hiring an Assistant to the Senior Director & Office Manager.

The Assistant will provide administrative support for the development and ongoing implementation of the Foundation’s Initiatives on Social & Emotional Learning (SEL), Local Living Economies (LLE), and Indigenous Communities. The Assistant reports directly to the Senior Director and works closely with the Initiatives Team and other Foundation staff. Responsibilities will include meeting and event planning, communication with prospective and current grantees, research and reporting, and general administrative support for the Initiatives Team. The Assistant will also be based out of and manage the Foundation’s Kingston, NY offices.
