Oanh-Nhi Nguyen

Oanh-Nhi serves as the Initiative Associate to the Advancing Adolescent’s Girls Rights Initiative. 

Prior to joining NoVo, Oanh-Nhi was the Campaign Manager and Kairos Fellow at where she led online campaigns on social justice, civic engagement and interracial solidarity for Asian Americans and Pacific Islander communities. She has also consulted with Kairos Fellowship, ReFrame Mentorship, and Move to End Violence on program design and curriculum development. In 2014, Oanh-Nhi was the Program Associate at Move to End Violence and managed the program’s first social change campaign. Oanh-Nhi has a certificate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Executive Program in Social Impact Strategy and graduated from Dickinson College with B.A. in International Studies and Policy Management.

In her spare time, Oanh-Nhi loves to spend time with her family and friends, lift, run, and hike. She is embarking on a journey to hike all of the 50 highest peaks in the U.S. Oanh-Nhi also co-founded One Old Farm with her siblings, a small business selling hardwood, handmade, and locally sourced products.
