Anna Quinn


Anna joined NoVo Foundation in 2013 and currently works as Initiatives Associate and Manager of the Office of the Executive Director. She supports NoVo’s initiative to end violence against girls and women with a focus on advancing economic justice for girls and women. Anna also supports the Executive Director in all aspects of her work, facilitating internal communication and learning opportunities across the Foundation. She serves on the Coordinating Committee of Neighborhood Funders Group’s Funders for a Just Economy.

Anna got her start in feminist organizing as a peer educator offering inclusive and comprehensive sexuality education. She later worked in collaboration with leaders at Fuerza Laboral, a worker center in her home state of Rhode Island, to advance campaigns, coalitions, and research efforts around immigrant rights and economic justice. Anna graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Community Health, focusing her capstone research on experiences of refugee girls in Rhode Island.
